This is a 2 part answer:

A) Each provider’s business hours for Live Transfers will be displayed on our platform.

B) VERY IMPORTANT...You are only allowed to call a Solar Provider to do a Live Transfer with a new homeowner. DO NOT CALL providers for customer support, to check on a lead’s status, to ask general questions, give them advice or feedback or anything else.  Check your SolarGrid for Lead Status Updates. And, if you have any provider- specific questions, advice, feedback, etc., email and we’ll get you an answer.
